Olabelhe: From Scratch?

I now am back to making my own mayonnaise- with just me- one egg, one cut good oil, dash of sugar. Emulsify with hand held brahm stick mixer.

Using my Ninjia blender making my own cashew butter with unsealed cashews, drissel of honey & oil.

Also lots of smoothes with tofu, spinachm& frz fruits.
